MORMON
IS NOT
CHRISTIAN
Latter Day Sinners, not Saints!
Mormon
President, Gordon B. Hinckley, spoke at the 1998 fall conference in Salt Lake
City, Utah. Outdoor speakers echoed his speech throughout Temple Square as
people from many countries gathered to hear their false Prophet, Seer and
Revelator.
I stood at this Mormon
Mecca preaching the gospel of Christ and holding a DOUBLE
CROSS as an A & E television camera rolled. They
showed it several times on national television.
Hinckley spoke in glowing terms
about his goal of 100 temples worldwide by the year 2000. I thought of Acts
7:48: “God does not dwell in temples made with hands.” I asked:
“What do you
think of 100 temples by year 2000?”
“I think
it’s great!” answered an Elder clad in white shirt and tie. “We build them in smaller cities now.”
I explained how a
community church in a small town has about 100 temples! They were speechless
until I explained that each Christian is a temple where God’s Spirit dwells (1
Cor. 3:16,17). Wedding groups and young people doing two year missions walked
in
and out of Temple Square. Mormons are not Christians since their false Christ
is the brother of Satan who cannot
forgive sin.
An office building towers over the temple like David and Goliath. “Worldwide business is carried on here,” said an elder. A statue of Brigham Young, 2nd President, stands at Temple Square. After the death of Joseph Smith Jr., founder of Mormonism (1805-44), Young led 30,000 from Nauvoo, Illinois, 1300 miles in 1846 to Utah. They were driven from Ohio, Missouri and Illinois for practicing “the divine principle” of polygamy. Joseph Smith’s family did not follow Brigham Young’s hijacked splinter group but formed the Reorganized LDS Church in 1860 with Joseph Smith 3rd as President.
“In a country where religious unanimity is ever less
important but material achievement remains the earthly manifestation of
virtue, their creed may never face rejection again.”1
My double
cross has Jesus’ name and the temple prayer: “God be merciful
to me a sinner.” God forgave, justified, a tax collector after
praying this in the temple (Luke 18:10-14).
I stood with the cross by Brigham Young’s statue as the sun set behind
snow capped mountains and a cold wind blew. A young lady approached:
“May I give you a Christian paper?”
“Thank You! I am a recovering
Mormon.”
Turning to Luke 18, I mentioned how
Mormons ignore the temple prayer. They claim to become gods, get married,
sealed, baptized, learn Masonic handshakes, take blood oaths and receive
priesthoods but cannot find forgiveness of sins in their temples. God’s temple
is a house of prayer (Mark 11:17). Demonic temple oaths keep people in darkness
and give power to murder and lie (Ether 8:16). Their false gods and false
Christ, like Buddha, cannot forgive sins. Mormons do not believe they have a sin
nature but are gods in embryo. They believe the devil who said, “You shall be
gods” (Genesis 3:5). Paul spoke of latter day sinners with doctrines of demons
(1 Tim. 4:1).
“Your cross and temple prayer helped
me focus on what is really important,” said the recovering Mormon.
The tabernacle choir
sang and President Hinckley said, “Your singing is good enough for today but
not for tomorrow!” In this pressure cooker of criticism nothing is right or
enough as they raise the bar like a high-jump competition.
Husbands and wives are given secret names in the temple. Men use them to call wives from their graves at resurrection.1A Disobedient wives will not be resurrected as polygamous heavenly mothers in the Celestial heaven eternally pregnant bearing spirit children to populate worlds organized, not created, by their husbands who are exalted heavenly fathers on their own planets. Mormon men as overbearing dictators use this lie as a choke-leash for suffocating control and manipulation of women. Like the Taliban, dehumanized, granite hearted men make rules and women obey in a dictator/doormat fashion or they will not be resurrected. It is a master/slave relationship.
Homicidal parents masquerading as
Christians drive non-Christian youth to be more like Jesus on their own
strength like flogging a sick horse to win the Kentucky Derby. Their
false Christ, the brother of Satan, cannot give inner strength to run the
Christian race. These stereotypes are not allowed to think for themselves but
rubber stamp ancient lies. They are Satanists for Satan is the author of the
whole belief system.
The suicide rate in this suffocating
protocol is high as young people give up trying to be perfect gods in embryo
earning salvation. Polygamy and domestic violence are out of control as
oppression hangs over Utah like a dark cloud proving they are Latter Day
Sinners not saints. They stress family unity but reports tell of young
people driven from home if they do not go
on a mission at age 19. God calls us to go into these dens of iniquity,
weeping, bearing precious gospel seed
(Psalm 126:6). Brigham Young declared: “Take up
the Bible; compare it with LDS religion and see if it stands the test.”2 We are doing
precisely what he suggested. Satan is the puppeteer and Mormons are his
puppets.
MORMONS ATTACK CHRISTIANS
“Your
literature attacks Mormons. We don’t attack other churches,” said
Utah elder, Dennis, in a pit-bull tone of voice sitting on his bike in
Chilliwack, BC., Canada. He did not know his history of attacking others. I
wore sunglasses while standing on Salt
Lake City streets with the cross to deflect stones and other debris thrown by
motorists. I thought they would burn me
at the Mormon Stake. Some issues are worth the passion of life and are more
important than personal survival.
Circling of wagons continues: I took
a lot of buckshot on November 2003 as I stood on a sidewalk with the cross near
the 140 St., Surrey, BC. Mormon church. Soon Elder Dean from Ohio and his
partner from England came into the war zone trumpeting the virtues of
Mormonism. Dean had to restrain his rageaholic friend who blew a fuse causing
his light to go out while bearing his false testimony. A man on a scooter came
from the church and shouted, “You are abominable!” Another Mormon broke my
Jesus sign in Langley and took part of it. She later phoned objecting strongly
to my sign which reads, “Mormon Is Not Christian.”
Obviously they think we should not respond to their attacks, just roll over and
play dead. We must warn the cultists. True love raises red flags to warn others
of danger.
First: They attack all Churches: In
New York state, 1820, a Mormon god, an exalted man of flesh and bones,
allegedly appeared in a vision to Joseph Smith
at age 14. He asked, “Which church should I join?”
Satan
answered: “Join none of them; they are all wrong; all their creeds are
abominable in my sight and all their members are corrupt.”3 This
attacks ALL churches, teachings and members, “the abominable Mother of
Harlots.”4 The Book of
Mormon, Jacob 2:23-35 declares polygamy “abominable” but Doctrine &
Covenants, section 132, says you must practice it to enter heaven. It is
obvious Mormons are also abominable not only us. Our counter-attack presents
the truth in love. Smith prayed to his false gods and received a demonic
answer. There is only one true God and all others are devils (1 Cor. 10:20).
Second: The Book of Mormon attacks us:
It says all other churches are “the whore of earth”
(1 Nephi 14:10). They teach the true church abandoned faith, became apostate, and ceased to exist 1800
years ago. How could the church disappear when Jesus said, “The gates of hell
would not prevail against it?” (Matt. 16:18). They do not claim to be another
denomination of Christianity but the one and only “restored” church.
With such shark mentality how can Mormons say they do not attack others?
Christians must hang together or these
impostors will hang us separately. We are not attacking cultists but defending
the faith by answering their attacks on us. In its beginnings, Mormon emphasis
was to come out of bankrupt Christianity and become Mormons. Now they try to
blend with us appearing to be another denomination of Christianity. Their false
gods and false Christ blend with us like oil blends with water. Buddhists do
not want to be called Christians but Mormons do since they have no credibility
of their own through historical or archaeological verification. The Great Apostasy started in the 1800s with
Mormonism, 7th Day Adventism, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Christian
Science, Darwin etc.
Third: They attack the Bible: They say the world’s only objective standard
of truth is not translated correctly and is a substandard authority below the
Book of Mormon. Which came first, the real $100 bill or the counterfeit? The
Book of Mormon had over 4,000 changes since its beginning in 1830. Why do they
give free Bibles on television promotions if they are not translated
correctly? Smith wrote his own “Inspired
Version” [perversion] and wove his false teachings into it similar to
Jehovah’s Witnesses and their New World Perversion. Spiritual cancer continues
to spread as they package, repackage and rubber stamp ancient lies.
Fourth: Mormons attack dark skinned people:
Joseph Smith, looking for Klan endorsements, said, “Had I anything to
do with the Negro I would confine them by strict law to their own species.”5 In 1978,
pressure groups forced the Mormon god to change his mind and give them fake
Aaronic and Melchisedec priesthoods. They remained cursed evidenced by “the
mark of Cain,” dark skin. The curse in the Bible refers to sin not skin.
The only supreme race is the human race. Only whites sing in the tabernacle
choir! Color of skin, eyes or hair makes no difference to God. Only 5% of the
world’s population is white so, according to Mormonism, 95% are cursed.
Fifth: Mormons attacked early settlers:
“In 1857, Mormons dressed as Indians
attacked an Arkansas emigrant wagon train enroute to California. At the burial
site ten miles south of Enterprise, Utah, 120 names are etched in granite slabs. 20 years later, John D. Lee, adopted
son of Brigham Young, was shot by firing squad as he sat on his coffin. He was
the only one of 50 perpetrators ever tried and convicted of Mountain Meadows
Massacre. www.mtn-meadows-assoc.com”6
May 6, 1843: Joseph Smith said the
U.S. constitution will one day hang by a thread. Mormons believe they will
rescue it and transform the government into a Mormon run theocracy, the
beginning of the Kingdom of God to rule the world. In the 2000 U.S.
presidential race, Senator Hatch from Utah tried to blend with
Christians but lost in Iowa. He blamed his loss on a “bias against Mormons
thinking they are not Christians.” He quoted Smith saying, “The constitution is
hanging by a thread.” Voters knew the difference between wool and fur!
Latter Day Sinners feel superior to
Christians. At times they interrupt and say, “We are not here to learn but to
teach.” Egomaniac, Smith, boasted he did
a greater work than Jesus in keeping the church together and was dead in 30
days. In 1844 he was shot in a Carthage, Illinois, jail and died as a murderer
not a martyr. “A man that boasts in his
own strength shall incur the vengeance of God.”7 Smith was in jail for burning the Nauvoo Expositor press after it exposed
his polygamy.
They claim their ancestors came from
Israel 600 BC. by boats “with holes in
the top and bottom.”8 With a hole in
the bottom, no wonder there is no historical or archaeological evidence of
their arrival! They have a Polynesian CULTural center on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, where they
showcase life on south Pacific islands.
Do not sell your soul to the devil through financial involvement with
Mormonism.
Near Fort McLeod, Alberta, Canada, a
tourist center, Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump, preserves history of
native buffalo hunting before the time of horses and guns. Grass below steep
cliffs blends perfectly with grass above the cliffs and appears
as flat prairie. Thundering buffalo hoof-beats became silent and stampeding
herds were dead meat as they fell over cliffs. Non Christian cults try to blend
the Book of Mormon, Watchtower, and other counterfeits with the Bible to
obscure their jump into hell.
They use Bible words but pour
different meanings into them to blend with Christians on non-theological issues
like pornography and abortion. Once your eyes are opened to their tricks you
will be inoculated and able to give answers. While talking to cultists pray
that God will open their minds and hearts to receive the truth and release the
devil’s death grip. All in
the cult kingdom is false: Jesus, gods, gospel, prophets, priesthoods, heavens,
way of salvation, books and Bible perversions.
May 6, 2005: Mormons received some
help from a witch in Abbotsford, BC. I
stood on a street with a Jesus sign. Soon a young lady dressed in black grabbed
my cross, broke it in several pieces, threw it into traffic and walked home.
Later, on her driveway, she turned to me saying, “Satan lives here.” She
continued in a state of rage ordering me off her property. As a last resort she
threatened to turn two pit bulls loose to drive me away. I said, “Bring them
on. Dogs are my friends.” She opened her
high fence gate and roared, “Attack! Attack!”
The dogs ran up to me and I petted one of them. I then extended my hand
and said, “In Jesus Name.” She became quiet and walked down the street. Jesus
can close mouths of lions, witches or dogs. All cultists are satanists for
Satan is the author of their belief systems. “Resist the devil and he will run”
(James 4:7).
FALSE
MORMON GODS
IN
GODS WE TRUST!
“Do you believe in God?” asked Christian.
“Yes, we certainly do,” affirmed
the Mormon.
“Which God do you believe in?”
“He is an exalted man of flesh and
bones!”
Compare this with Scripture. Moses
said, “God is not a man that he should lie” (Numbers 23:19). Hosea said the
same (11:9). Isaiah said one cannot become a God: “Before me there was no God
formed neither shall there be after me” (43:10). There is only one true God;
the job is taken. Paul referred to idols: “There are lords and gods many” (1
Cor. 8:1-5). He then said, “Unto us there is one God” (v.6). Spencer W.
Kimball: “We are gods in embryo and the Lord demands perfection of us”8A
John 10:35 quotes Psalm 82:6,7: “You
are gods...but shall die like men.” These mortal unjust Judges of Israel
thought they were gods, enforcing harsh laws but Mormons use this text to try
to prove their godhood. Smith dispensed more spiritual cyanide in 1844: “God
was once as we are now and is an exalted man who sits enthroned in yonder heavens. If you were
to see him today, you would see a man in form like yourselves in all the
person, image and form of man.”9 “There are
millions of gods and men may become gods.”9A They see gods in a
mirror! All that contradicts the Bible is from a false god, Satan, for
the true God does not contradict himself.
“In the beginning the head of the
gods called a council of gods that came together and concocted a plan to create
the world and people it.”10 “Gods exist and we better strive to prepare to be one
of them.”11 Mosiah 15 in the Book of Mormon affirms the
trinity, three persons in one God, but Smith refuted it with his multiple god
theory. He said, “He will make me to be a god to you, like it or lump it.”12 Brigham
Young said, “The only men who become Gods, even the Sons of God, are those who
enter into polygamy.”12A Mormon in Chinese means the devil’s gate. Mormo
is the god of cemeteries, synonymous with spook or ghost.
HINCKLEY
SPEAKS ON
GODS
A Time Magazine reporter asked President Hinckley: “Is this the teaching of
the church today that God the Father was once a man like us?”
He sounded uncertain: “I don’t
know that we teach it; I don’t know that we emphasize it ... I
understand the philosophical background behind it but I don’t know a lot
about it and I don’t think others know a lot about it.” In the same
article he said, “Yes, both men and women can become gods. They can’t conceive
a king without a queen.”13 He publicly misrepresents Mormon teachings in
an attempt to reinvent Mormonism and bring it out of the dark ages. Is the
United States one nation under gods?
Amazing! He doesn’t know Smith’s
theology! He should know because in 1997
the LDS Church printed a manual, Gospel
Principles, for the purpose of teaching new LDS
members and a guide to prepare
lessons for church meetings and Family
Home Evenings. In chapters 1-3 we learn: “God has a body that looks like ours.
All humans are the literal sons and daughters of Deity and Jesus and Lucifer
are brothers.” Chapter 47 speaks of Mormons exalted and becoming Gods.
TIME
notes “a vacuum of theological talent since those at the top are not
career clerics but hard-nosed business men.” With six billion annual income
there is more emphasis on the pocket book, the wallet, than the Bible. The
devil, puffed up with pride, was first
to prophecy humans becoming gods (Genesis 3:5).
Smith repeated it: “You have to learn how to
be gods yourselves the same as all gods before you to inherit the same power,
glory and exaltation until you arrive at the station of a god.”14 This is
an example of pouring their meaning into
the word, God. Wolves in sheep’s clothing sound and look like sheep “but
inwardly are ravening wolves” (Matt. 7:15).
Reorganized LDS
do not believe in multiple gods, humans becoming gods, baptism for the dead and
the other temple rituals but believe in the apostasy, meaning the true church
became extinct 1800 years ago and they are the “restored church.” Joseph
Smith was not a prophet of God but of gods. False prophets that cause people to follow other
gods must die (Deut. 13 & 18). That happened to Smith in jail, 1844. Mormons are like whales that beach themselves
after following disoriented leaders.
They speak of many gods but only one
for this planet. Smith refuted that: “Father, Son and Holy Spirit are three
distinct personages and three gods.”15 They believe those three are for this planet. God
became man, Jesus, but in Mormonism man becomes God. They shave their gods
every morning and both men and women traded God for a mirror. God created man
in his image and man returned the favor.
Satan fantasized about becoming God but failed: “I will be like the most High.” He was cast
out of heaven because of this belief (Isaiah 14:12-15). The acid test to
determine if a Mormon is a god or not is to ask his wife.
Brigham Young taught his Adam-god “revelation”:
“God revealed to me and I reveal to
you, Adam is our father and god and the
only god with whom we have to do.”16 He said Adam brought Eve, one of his celestial wives,
from heaven to Eden. These fantasy prone prophets of
gods are hopelessly in conflict about who God is! If all gods are
acceptable, where is idolatry? As Mormonism with its fictional non-existent
gods expands beyond North America it blends perfectly with Hinduism and other
belief systems with multiple gods and wives. Mormons say matter, not God, is
eternal and God did not create the world out of nothing but organized matter
that existed eternally. Here we see their god is not a creator but an organizer.
The circus continues. The only thing lacking is Barnum & Baily
music.
Latter Day Sinners that knock
on your door claim to be gods in embryo exalting themselves to full godhood by
their works and temple rites. To them, heavenly father is a literal, physical
exalted human on the star base Kolob.17 This polygamous god has
sex with multiple sealed human goddesses procreating spirit children that enter
human bodies on earth. Polygamy produces maximum numbers of bodies for these spirits. Human, Satan’s and Jesus’
spirits were created in this way so according to their teaching on preexistence
we are all brothers and Jesus is the brother of Satan. This incredible
hodge-podge is from Greek mythology and suitable for Ripley’s Believe it Or
Not.
In temple marriages, couples are
sealed together for eternity and will continue to procreate and fill their own
world. All other marriages are until death or divorce only.17A
God created humans male and female
in his moral and spiritual image. In Alma 31:15; John 4:24; and Luke 24:39, it
is clear God is Spirit with neither flesh nor bones. Humans are body, soul and
spirit (1 Thess. 5:23). God’s image is his spirit in us not a physical body. Image
means “just a shadow of the real thing.” Some of God’s characteristics were not
passed to humans since no finite human is all powerful, all wise, all knowing,
eternal and everywhere present. We are not duplicates but reflections of God,
reflecting his love and mercy.
Scripture speaks figuratively of
God’s arms, eyes, ears and hands. Psalm
91:4 mentions his wings and feathers but he is not a chicken. Jesus at the
Father’s right hand refers to right hand of power since he doesn’t have hands.
Jesus is “The Door” without literal wood and hinges (John 10:9). More
figurative language says “God holds oceans in the hollow of his hand and
measures the heavens with his hand span” (Isa. 40:12). It sounds like Mormon
gods are mighty big men! God said, “I am God and not man” (Hosea 11:9). Paul and Barnabas looked like gods to
pagans at Lystra but were told to turn from their vanities (Acts 14: 8-15).
Moses looked like another god to
Pharaoh in Egypt who had many gods including the moon and Nile river. We, like
animals, can procreate but cannot create
things out of nothing. How can God be a man if neither Solomon’s temple nor the
heavens can contain him? (1 Kings 8:27). Mormon President, Lorenzo Snow (1898),
affirmed repackaged Hinduism: “As man is god once was and as god is man may
become.”18 “God will not
give his glory to another” (Isaiah 48:11). The Book of Mormon, on the page
before the introduction says, “JESUS IS THE CHRIST THE
ETERNAL GOD” so how can he be the brother of Satan?
FALSE MORMON
ATONEMENT
Mormons, like New Agers, pour a
different meaning into “atonement” and pronounce it “at-won-ment” to
prove they can be at one with God.
This is not possible for creator and creation are light years apart. It
means sinners can be “reconciled” to God through blood of animals in the Old
Testament that pointed forward to the blood of Christ. Jesus is the substance
that fulfills symbols. The same Greek word translated “atonement” tells a
separated woman to “reconcile” to her husband (Rom. 5:10,11; 1 Cor. 7:11).
Leviticus 16 refers to atonement by
animal blood and a scapegoat. Sins were transferred to the goat that
symbolically took them away. “Without shedding of blood there is no remission
of sins” (Heb. 9:22). Mormons say Jesus accomplished atonement by sweating
in the Garden of Gethsemane (Luke 22:44). This is salvation by
perspiration not by shedding his blood and dying for our sins. Paul said, “I
determined to know nothing among you but Jesus Christ and him crucified” (1
Cor. 2:2). We are reconciled to God by the blood of his cross (Col. 1:20).
Mormons are “enemies of the cross” (Phil. 3:18,19). “We preach Christ
crucified” (1 Cor. 1:23). Mormons bypassed the cross and missed salvation. The
cross is God’s plus sign.
FALSE
MORMON BOOKS
Moroni, a Book of Mormon
writer, spoke of “imperfections in himself, in his Father, Mormon, and in the
record” because they wrote “according to their own knowledge.”19 Notice,
they say Angel Moroni had a father but angels do not have fathers since they do
not procreate. God is our Father and we are
his “adopted” not literal children as Mormons claim (Gal. 4:5).
Another writer, Alma, gave his opinions.20 “Omni, a wicked man wrote
upon the plates.”21 Nephi wrote according to his memory and made errors
because of his weaknesses.22 How can they
say it is the most accurate book ever written? Their four standard works are
the Bible, Book of Mormon, Doctrine & Covenants and Pearl of Great Price.
Reorganized LDS do not recognize the Book of Abraham and PGP.
Ezekiel spoke of the sticks of
Joseph and Judah (37:16-19). Mormons say this refers to The Book of Mormon
and the Bible, two Testaments of Jesus Christ. We cannot analyze a symphony by a single note so we must check
the context. Verse 19 tells of gathering Israelites from among the heathen and
verses 22-24 say they will no longer be two nations, Judah and Israel,
but one with one King, David. The sticks refer to two nations not two
books.
The Mormon article of faith #8
reads: “We believe the Bible to be the Word of God as far as it is translated
correctly.” At this point they lost their
moral and spiritual compass. All must harmonize with God’s oldest revelation,
the Bible, which is fact based on manuscript and archaeological evidence,
history and fulfilled prophecy. The only true prophecy in the Book of Mormon is
Mosiah chapter 14 which is Isaiah 53 copied word for word including italics
from the King James Bible. Joseph Smith allegedly copied this from gold plates
one letter at a time with his head in a hat and an occultic sear stone. How
could italics be on gold plates that were inscribed 2000 years earlier?
Digging for earth worms in Israel
uncovers evidence the Bible is true. Gold plates, Book of Mormon manuscripts,
that Smith allegedly dug from Hill Cummorah in New York State near his
farm home were taken back by the angel Moroni after translation. A classic case
of slight of hand and mind as the drivel continues. Be sure to tune up your
balogna detector! Think of Sodom and Cummorah.
The Smithsonian Institute
says there is no evidence for the Book of Mormon and native Americans
originated in Asia not Israel. 1 Nephi 4:9 and Alma 18:9 tell of steel and
horses but these were unknown in the Americas before Columbus, 1492. Three Book
of Mormon witnesses: Martin Harris, Oliver Cowdery and David Whitmer all
apostatized.23 Harris claimed he visited the moon.24
Mormons are divided about location
of Book of Mormon lands, rivers and cities. BYU and others place them in
central America but Smith speaking by “the power of god” placed them in
continental United States, New York State and elsewhere.
A Mormon group: F.A.R.M.S., wrote:
“However, proof of the Book of Mormon remains in the spiritual domain.”25 It has
no maps and tells of the Land of Moron but no recorded history mentions
it.26 The ostrich syndrome continues:
Mormons have no objective evidence
for their beliefs so they verify things subjectively. Feelings ebb and flow but
fact remains constant. They refer to Moroni 10:4 and ask people to pray for
wisdom to decide if the Book of Mormon is true but wisdom has two
sources, God and Satan (James 3:15,17). They speak of a gut feeling, “You will
know it is true if you receive a burning in your bosom.” Pizza or hell fire in
the tongue can give the same reaction (James 3:6). “The world did not know God by wisdom but by preaching
Christ crucified” (1 Cor. 1:20-23).
Their motto is: FEEL, DON’T THINK! People develop altered states of
consciousness when feelings replace facts. Prayer and burning bosoms are not
tests for truth. Bereans searched Scripture to determine whether or not Paul
spoke the truth (Acts 17:11). God does not contradict himself with conflicting
messages. If you pray to the false
Mormon god, Satan, I guarantee you will get a false answer. You know a sewer
smells without praying about it. The Unification Church, Moonies, says
to pray about their book, The Divine Principle, and a burning bosom will
confirm it is true. They believe Jesus failed in his mission and their leader
from Korea is the Messiah. He ended in jail
for tax fraud so Rev. Moon is not
the Son. He that has ears to hear let him hear.
“Detractors have dismissed Smith’s
story as religious fantasy and the Book of Mormon as coarse fiction
filled with clumsily reworked passages from the King James Bible.”27 The
final Mormon authority is neither the Bible nor the Book of Mormon but
their current President. Their present blind seer, Hinckley, was part of a
group that bought forged documents from Salt Lake City bomber, Hoffman, in the
1980s. Where was the power of discernment? Hoffman is serving a life term in
jail.
Mormons forged a Howard Hughes will
several years ago. The Book of Mormon is a contrived document with over 4,000
changes since 1830 and over 27,000 words copied from the Bible. They changed
their mind on the deity of Christ. The first edition calls Jesus, “God” (p.25).
Now it reads, “The Virgin you see is the mother of the son of God.”28 The
front cover of the Book of Mormon reads, “Another Testament of
Jesus Christ.” The Bible warns of “another
gospel” (2 Cor. 11:4; Galatians 1:8).
THE CURSE OF
POLYGAMY
A & E Television, Feb.10, 2000
showed the plight of people involved in polygamy. Ex-wives said:
“Sex abuse is soul murder and the
ultimate in immorality. Men are sperm banks who think of women as flowers; each
petal represents one for his kingdom. We spend much time putting out fires of
jealousy and have a punching bag in the basement to work off frustrations. The
lifestyle is a haven for pedophiles and incestuous marriages cause genetic
defects leaving whole communities with physical and mental problems. Polygamy
is still enshrined in Mormon scripture and a man needs a minimum of three wives
to enter the celestial kingdom.
Welfare fraud is out of control as
girls claim they don’t know their children’s fathers. It is organized crime on
many levels as a conspiracy of silence festers like cancer. Women are learning
they have rights and are leaving heart-rending polygamous relationships like
slaves leaving masters but they have no skills.” This is Family Home Evening
by latter day sinners.
At the St. George temple’s Visitors’
Center the main religious tenets are spelled out including one that says women’s
primary role on earth is to obey their husbands and look after the children.
They cannot join the priesthood and their salvation is tied to that of their
husbands. “Polygamy is illegal,” said a man with four wives, “but they don’t
have enough jails to imprison half of Utah.” All this debauchery proves they
are not saints. Homosexuals with
their Adam and Steve teachings and polygamists destroy the biblical concept of
families. Mormon presidents find euphoria in depravity as they preside over
this demise. Doctrine and Covenants has 65,000 changes since 1835 and
contradicts the Book of Mormon on
polygamy.
“Hearken unto the word of the Lord for there shall
not any man among you have more than one
wife and concubines you shall have none. David and Solomon had many wives
and concubines which was abominable says the Lord...whoredoms are an
abomination” (Jacob 2:23-35 ; Mosiah
11:2). Sinful man does many things contrary to the will of God: Cain killed
Abel, man made idols and multiplied wives.
1835, “Inasmuch as this church was
reproached with the crime of fornication and polygamy, we declare that we
believe one man should have one wife and one woman only one husband” (D&C
101:4).
In 1876 this was replaced by section
132 to allow many wives. Smith declared it a revelation from god to persuade
his wife, Emma, to accept his other wives. “Behold I reveal unto you a new and
everlasting covenant and if you abide not in that covenant [of polygamy] you
are damned for no one can reject this covenant and enter into my glory”
(v.4).
“I, the Lord, justified my servants
David and Solomon having many wives and concubines” (D&C 132:1).
Kings were commanded not to multiply wives (Deut. 17:17). David disobeyed and
“the sword never departed from his house” (2 Samuel 12:10). The tragic
consequences of polygamy and delusional men claiming to be Gods is seen in the Elizabeth
Smart kidnapping and brainwashing in Salt Lake City. Imagine the confusion
of a teenager trying to sort out the false religion of both her abductor and
the Mormon church.
Mormonism has over 200 splinter
groups most practicing polygamy and racism. Reorganized LDS with
headquarters in Independence, Missouri, is disorganized believing the Book
of Mormon is true and Joseph Smith was a true prophet even when he gave
false prophecies. They have 250,000 members and started ordaining women in
1984. This group does not practice polygamy, baptism for the dead or celestial
marriage. Their President, W.G. McMurray, graduated from a Methodist seminary.
The Fundamental, FLDS, maintain
they are the last remaining faithful, the only true Mormons. Like Joseph Smith
they believe in polygamy and that non-whites are inferior. Smith said that only
men with three wives will reach the highest realm of heaven. They closed
heaven’s door to themselves by banning polygamy.
Trusting Mormon prophets is like
following shooting stars not the north star. In 1891 the federal government
threatened to exile them to Mexico and confiscate their property if they
continued polygamy. They are between a rock and a hard place, damned if they do
it and damned if they don’t. “If you are told by your leader to do a thing, do
it, none of your business whether it is right or wrong.”28A
Dennis Simmons headed church
operations in Africa. He said: “The church has already lost control over the
process. In some villages in Mozambique, Malawi and Angola, small pockets of
Mormons are practicing without services of any official LDS organization. Some
church members warn that polygamy may come back to haunt the church as it
expands in countries that have their own polygamist traditions.”29
Elbert Peck, editor of Sunstone, an
independent Mormon Journal, said: “The problem will come as people find
polygamy in our scriptures and ask, ‘Why not?’” Africa suffers from
famine and an aids epidemic now this compounds their problems under the guise
of Christianity.
Apostle, Orson Pratt: “If the
doctrine of polygamy as revealed to Latter-day Saints is not true, I would not
give a fig for all other revelations that came through Joseph Smith. I would
renounce the whole of them because it is impossible according to revelations
contained in these books to believe part of them to be divine, from god, and
part of them to be from the devil. Oppose it in this way and teach your
children to do the same and if you do not become as dark as midnight there is
no truth in Mormonism.”30 Mormons
ignore part of the word of wisdom that forbids eating meat except in
winter, cold or famine.31 They eat hamburgers in the summer. Mormons are
Satanists for Satan is the author of their entire belief system opposite of
Christianity.
THE
FALSE MORMON JESUS
“Do you believe in Jesus?” asked
Christian.
“We certainly do,” replied the
Mormon. “His name is on the front cover of
our Book of Mormon.”
“Which Jesus do you believe in?”
“There is only one Jesus!”
“Paul warned of a different Jesus, a
counterfeit in 2 Cor. 11:4. Your false Jesus is the spirit brother of Lucifer a
created being with several wives and was not begotten by the Holy Spirit. Jesus
is Satan’s creator not his brother. He created all things in heaven and earth”
(John 1:3; Col. 1:16).
Brigham Young explained his “revelation” that Adam and God are one and the same
person: “When the virgin Mary conceived the child Jesus, the Father had
begotten him in his own likeness. He was not begotten
by the Holy Ghost. And who was the father? He was the first of the human
family ”32
In brief: Adam was resurrected, had
sex with Mary, and Jesus was born. Apostle, Orson Hyde, said: “Jesus was the
bridegroom at the marriage in Cana of Galilee. If he was not please tell me who
was.”33 Have you heard of a groom needing an invitation to
his own wedding? They bring Jesus down to their level by claiming he was a
polygamist with at least three wives.
Mormons say Jesus is a brother of Satan and so are we.
Jesus is the God-man; Satan is a fallen angel and we are human, all different
species so how can all be brothers? “The
Mormon Jesus is Satan’s brother.”34 “Christian churches worship a different Jesus.”35 They took “Jesus” and attached a radically
different meaning to the word, not the creator in human form but the brother of
Satan. Jesus is Satan’s creator not his brother (John 1:3). The Book of Mormon,
on the first page just before the introduction, says in large print “JESUS IS THE CHRIST THE ETERNAL GOD.” It contradicts their “Satan’s brother”
theory.
God
knows the future and knew us before we were born. Preexisting as aliens on star
base planet Kolob, is mythology from imaginary worlds. We are not God’s natural
children produced by celestial sex between human Mormon gods and goddesses on
the planet Kolob but adopted children, born of the Spirit (John
3:1-16). When we receive Jesus as Savior from sin we are born again and adopted
into God’s family (Galatians 4:5; Romans 8:15).
FALSE
HALO-POLISHING
MORMON
PROPHETS
A broken clock is right twice every
24 hours but this non-prophet organization was not right once in 180 years.
False prophesying is like shooting an arrow into a tree then painting a bull’s
eye around it. With slight of mind they rearrange events to make vague
predictions appear true. The same applies to 16th century
French astrologer Nosterdamus, Jean Dixon and Word Faith false prophets. Jack
Van Impe said rapture of the church to heaven would happen in 1992. They should
read their tea leaves again as prediction addiction continues:
1832, Smith: The City of New
Jerusalem and temple would be built in Independence, Missouri “in this
generation.”36 They expected Christ, Satan’s brother, to return to
that temple which is not built since Temple Lot Mormons own the land.
Over time the Utah church purchased 14,465 acres there.
1832: As the federal government and
South Carolina prepared for a tariff war, Smith predicted a war would break out
between northern and southern states and it would be “poured out upon all
nations.”37 The issue was diffused in 1833. Mormons dusted off
the old prophecy 30 years later saying it referred to the civil war of 1860s.
War was not poured out upon all nations. New false revelations supplant older
false revelations.
1835, Smith: “Go forth to prune the
vineyard for the last time or the coming of the Lord which was nigh even 56
years should wind up the scene.”38 Jesus did not return in 1891 as predicted. The Bible
tells when Christ will return, when you least expect him, “like a thief in the
night” (2 Peter 3:10). Are you ready if he comes tonight? False
prophets lie about the past, present and future, about God and everything.
Isaiah said, “No one can become a God”
(43:10). Smith, the supreme idolater, lied when he prophesied about multiple
gods and humans becoming gods.
Like Smith, Brigham Young believed people inhabit the sun and moon.39 “When a
prophet speaks in the name of the Lord,
if it does not come to pass the Lord has not spoken” (Deut. 18:22). It
is possible for a false prophet to show a sign to trick you to follow his false
gods (Deut. 13:1-5). Mormons boast of a large membership and great wealth. The
church of Laodicea was rich, increased with goods and in need of nothing. Jesus
said, “You are miserable, poor, blind and naked” (Rev. 3:17). Christian
holdings with two billion members dwarfs Mormonism.
“God spoke in past times by prophets but in these last
days has spoken by his Son” [Jesus, not Joseph] (Heb. 1:1,2). The 12
Apostles and Old Testament prophets are the foundation of the church and
their words are Scripture (Eph. 2:20). A foundation is laid once not in every
century. When you erect a building, you lay
one foundation. John the Baptist was the last prophet (Luke 16:16).
Prophets today are preachers who foretell nothing but repeat what is already
told. We need no crystal balls or other divination since the future to the end
is told in Matthew 24, Luke 21, Mark 13 and Revelation. Let every mouth stop
for Jesus has the last word.
All that sell sensationalism by
putting their spin on last days events fail 100% of the time. Buddha,
Zoroaster, Confucius, Bahai, Muhammad, Ellen White, Charles Taze Russell,
Joseph Smith, William Branham, Ken Copeland, Hagin, Arnold Murray, Ron Hubbard,
Rev. Moon and other liars were not prophets of one true God for all
contradicted Scripture and each other. They say their revelations come from God
“making him a liar” (1 John 1:10).
Earliest Hindu, Muslim and Buddhist
writings said nothing of their leaders walking on water, rising from the dead
or ascending to heaven. Hearing of
Jesus, some realized their saviors were inferior and added the same things to
their writings. Jesus warned: “Many false prophets shall arise and deceive
many” (Matt. 24:11).
Pompous Joseph Smith boasted: “I have more to boast of than any man ever
had. I am the only man that kept a whole church together since Adam. A large
majority of the whole has stood by me. Neither Paul, John, Peter nor Jesus ever
did it. I boast that no man ever did such a work as I.”40 Jesus
had already kept the church together for 1840 years. Smith also said, “I am
learned and know more than all the world put together.”40A He spoke of his failed prophecies: “Some
revelations are from God; some are from man and some are from the devil.”
Exchange Joseph for Jesus and be
transformed from a sinner to a saint. You have nothing to lose but your chains
and darkness. Run, don’t walk to the nearest exit for hell has no exits. Jesus
is The Way not one of many equally good ways. He alone is the sinless Lamb of God
who loved us so much he went to Calvary to pay our death penalty for our sins.
Pray: Jesus, I am a Latter Day Sinner. Forgive my sins as I accept you as
Savior, Amen.
FALSE
MORMON PRIESTHOODS
Mormons claim to have Aaronic and
Melchisedec priesthoods which give “authority to act for the Lord and do his
work on earth.”41
The priesthood was changed because
perfection could not come by the Aaronic priesthood (Heb.7:11,12). Jesus is our
High Priest who made us kings and priests (Heb. 6:20; Rev. 1:6). Mormons put a
barrier in their temples, a veil between themselves and their gods. When Christ
died on the cross the temple veil was torn from top to bottom signifying all
have direct access to God (Matt. 27:51). The New Testament concept is the Royal
Priesthood of all believers, men and women
(1 Peter 2:9).
Jesus never transferred the
Melchisedec priesthood to anyone for it is “intransmissible” (Heb. 7:24
Greek). Mormon priestcraft, like Pharaoh’s, is a fake since Jesus our High
Priest has ALL authority in heaven and earth and gave us authority to preach the gospel and baptize (Matt.
28:18). Smith claimed to be of the tribe
of Ephraim. That Egyptian lineage could not hold the priesthood.
THE
FALSE MORMON GOSPEL
Five Mormon missionaries parked
their bikes and sat in a restaurant in Langley, BC., Canada. I joined them and
compared their beliefs with Christianity. They boasted of exclusive priesthood
authority to preach the gospel and spoke of a post-resurrection visit by Jesus to America. He did not appear
in Australia to save them or in America to save us and he did not contradict
himself by presenting one gospel in Scripture and another on this continent. The Bible does not teach that Jesus will
come three times, first to Bethlehem, second to America and third, to judge the
world. It teaches only the first and second coming. He is not the author of
confusion! Paul affirmed, “Though we or an angel from heaven [Moroni]
preach any other gospel than we preached unto you let him be accursed”
(Galatians 1:8).
I asked, “If you took paint and
brush could you improve the picture of Mona
Lisa or would you mess it up?”
“I would likely mess it up,” replied
the Elder.
“In all 66 Bible books from Genesis
to Revelation we see a clear picture of God’s plan of salvation. This gospel is
shown by the blood of the Old Testament Passover lamb in Exodus 12 then by the
blood of our Passover, Jesus, in the New Testament (1 Cor. 5:7). Paul declared
the gospel [good news] that saves: ‘Christ died for our sins and rose
again’ (1 Cor. 15:1-4). He did not just sweat in Gethsemane but died as our
substitute at Calvary. Will the Book of Mormon improve or mess it up?” They
could not explain how extra biblical writings could improve the original
gospel.
“What is the Gospel?” asked Wayne.
“It is the Sermon on the Mount,”
replied the Mormon.
The following ordinances allegedly
exalt Mormons to godhood: faith in Christ (Satan’s brother), repentance,
baptism, laying on hands, church membership, sealing your family for eternity,
tracing and doing proxy temple baptisms for dead relatives, tithing, temple
marriage, social and missionary works,
also obeying their word of wisdom that means abstaining from hot drinks such as
coffee. True wisdom is to abstain from Mormonism.
There is no salvation with
progression to godhood without acceptance of Joseph Smith Jr.42 The
thief on the cross, a latter day sinner,
went to heaven without Smith, good works or baptism. He called on Jesus not Joseph for forgiveness
(Luke 23:42,43). Pray: Lord Jesus, forgive my sins; I receive you now, Amen.
Working out salvation that
was not worked in is like working water out of a dry sponge. It must be
worked in first. The Book of
Mormon says: “For we know it is by grace we are saved after all
we can do.”43 Salvation
is a gift of God not of works (Eph. 2:8-10). Paul said, “Christ sent me not to
baptize but to preach the gospel” (1 Cor. 1:17). In contrast, the Mormon gospel
includes baptism.44 Baptized Mormons change from dry to wet latter day sinners.
Baptism is a work we do but the gift
of eternal life is bought by Jesus and freely received. In the Bible people
were baptized after conversion not to become Christians. Going under water is a testimony that our old
lifestyle is dead and buried. Rising up
depicts walking in newness of life. Baptism shows this is possible
through the gospel: death, burial and resurrection of Christ (1 Cor. 15:1-4).
Jesus paid for the gift at Calvary.
He that believes in Jesus but “does
not work” is righteous (Romans 4:1-8). Works justify us before men but not
before God. We are saved for good works not by good works. We are not
saved by things we do but by what Jesus did for us at Calvary. We are not saved
by our giving but by God’s gift: “God so loved the world he gave his
only begotten son that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have
everlasting life” (John 3:16).
James E. Talmage said, “The
sectarian dogma of justification by faith [in Christ] alone has exercised an
influence for evil.”45 In Christianity, the way up is down. God exalted a
tax collector after he humbled himself and prayed, “God be merciful to me a
sinner” (Luke 18:10-14). Go from mire to the choir.
Mormons redefined salvation: General
salvation means resurrection for all but
individual Mormon salvation also provides exaltation to godhood. They
say Christ did not die for our sins but for our resurrection so all can be
physically raised from the grave to enter one of three levels of heaven:
telestial, terrestrial or celestial. They have to earn their way
into their mythological Celestial Kingdom. Mormon men and heavenly
mothers that are gods and goddesses occupy the highest Celestial level in
polygamous relationships. Two hottest lower levels are for the general
salvation group: Buddhists, Baptists,
Catholics, Lutherans, Pentecostals, Satanists etc. They spend eternity apart
from God and are damned.46 Non-Mormons
are “damned” in the Mormon
heaven! It doesn’t sound very heavenly
to me!
Bruce McConkie said: “Immortality is
a free gift that comes without works or righteousness of any sort. All men will
come forth in the resurrection because of the atoning sacrifice of
Christ...immortality comes by grace alone. But these who gain it might find
themselves damned in eternity.”46A The true gospel is “Christ died for our sins and rose
again” (1 Cor. 15:1-4) but the false Mormon gospel is “Christ died for our
resurrection.” “The natural came first
then the spiritual” (1 Cor. 15:46).
A fiery hell is reserved for lapsed
Mormons “sons of perdition” who betray the church and its teachings.47 Good works get you past Elohim and Joseph
Smith to the Celestial level where women give birth to spirit children to
populate other planets. My wife, Betty, said, “I want nothing to do with it if
I have to be eternally pregnant.”
Stereotypical cultists have a false
look of perfection like whitewashed sepulchers. Clothes have no wrinkles;
shirts are bleached white with every hair in place but the God-shaped vacuum in
their hearts remains empty. They remind me of lifeless artificial flowers that
outwardly appear alive. One can be physically alive and spiritually dead (1
Tim. 5:6). Salvation is an inside job, a change of hearts of stone to flesh.
Mormons who do not know if their gospel is true “bear testimony of what they
hope is true.”48 Their missions department reported a
“complacency factor” among their members.
They water down the gospel by
celebrating the Lord’s supper with water not grape juice or non-alcoholic wine.
“We are all unclean and our righteousness is as filthy rags” (Isaiah 64:6). We
need the “breastplate of righteousness” a gift of God (Eph. 6:14; Rom. 5:17).
When we repent our sins are credited to Jesus’ account and his perfect
righteousness is credited to ours. A counterfeit of this is given to initiates
in temple endowments. They receive “a holy priesthood garment” like long
underwear with occultic Masonic markings they wear all their lives and after
death for protection from the destroyer. It is like carrying a horse shoe.
In Christianity, after death comes
judgment (Heb. 9:27). Mormons believe in a second chance by baptism for the
dead. Cults in Paul’s day did not believe in resurrection but did the same
thing (1 Cor. 15:29). Seeking the dead, necromancy, is an abomination (Deut.
18:11,12). Neckros in Greek means a dead body. Smith brought mummies and a copy of a
pagan burial ceremony from Egypt but with his fertile imagination read his own meaning into it calling it The
Book of Abraham.
Mythology says non-Mormons go to paradise at death.
Mormon missionaries are there and some accept their lies but like the moon no
water exists for baptism. Living Mormons are immersed on their behalf to
achieve imaginary post-mortem salvation. These converts now proceed to become
gods in the Celestial heaven and
organize worlds of their own. A sixth generation ex-Mormon said: “I was
baptized by immersion for about 20-30 dead people at a time.” Mormon
genealogical records on microfilm that trace deceased ancestors for baptism are
the equivalent of 7,000,000 books of 300 pages each.
What an exercise in futility! The
Book of Mormon teaches there is no second chance.49 The Bible speaks of “repentance from dead works” (Hebrews 6:1).
The practice of seeking the dead
explains witchcraft in Mormonism (Deut. 18:11,12). Lying familiar spirits often
appear to them masquerading as dead relatives. Occult symbols, five point stars
called pentagrams, are visible on Mormon temples. Devil worshippers use these
in satanic rituals. Their false performance based gospel lists things they must
do to become gods. The Christian gospel is not “DO” but “DONE”
and invites us to receive the free gift of salvation. Jesus spoke from the
cross, “It is finished” (John 19:30). The Greek word is tetelestai.
Merchants used it on bills of sale and means
“Paid in Full.”
The gospel is a Down-To-Earth message of Jesus coming down to
earth from heaven to die as our substitute for our sins and rise again to
conquer death to assure our resurrection. Jesus did not die like other men since no one took his
life from him. He laid it down and took
it up by himself (John 10:18; 2:19-21).
Two Mormon missionaries on bicycles
rolled up to McDonalds in Sardis, BC., Canada. After bearing his false
testimony I asked, “Would you like to see the double-cross I held while
preaching during conference at the Salt Lake City temple?”
Opening my car door I showed the double-cross and temple
prayer Jesus spoke about in Luke 18:10-14. I held the Bible as Elder Dennis
from Utah read how a tax collector was forgiven when he prayed, “God be
merciful to me a sinner.” As he stared at the cross frozen in time, I asked,
“Did you pray that same prayer from your heart to have your sins forgiven?”
He answered, “I was saying it but not praying it!”
He likely thought Joseph Smith could
improve on God’s plan of salvation. Good
gospel seed was planted and it will grow. There are two kinds of faith: Said
Faith is lip service (James 2:14). Saving Faith trusts Christ alone
for salvation without works, temples, prophets, baptism, Mary or purgatory.
Salvation for Jew and gentile is Christ plus nothing. Jesus told Nicodemus, A
Jewish ruler, to look to the cross (John 3:1-16).
Blood of the false Mormon Jesus,
Satan’s brother, cannot cover sins so you shed your own blood. Capital
punishment in Utah gives the option of human sacrifice by firing squad for one
does not bleed if he is hung but bleeds if shot. They also speak of blood
atonement, putting a sword through guilty people, to pay for their own sins.
There is a non-negotiable difference
between the Mormon Jesus and the Jesus of orthodox Christianity. Christians
believe Jesus atoned for our sins on the cross, taking the punishment we
deserve and through his forgiveness we have salvation.
In contrast, the Mormon Jesus suffered
for our sins by sweating great drops of blood in the Garden of Gethsemane
giving us a personal salvation conditional on full obedience to the laws and
ordinances of the Mormon gospel. He then died on Calvary so we could be
resurrected to be judged for our obedience to those laws and ordinances but in
Christianity Jesus nailed all the laws and ordinances to his cross (Col.2:14).
Mormons that are most obedient will become gods and goddesses. Here we see that
Mormonism draws people away from the cross to a false gospel of works and self
righteousness.
Denial of original sin in Mormonism
makes salvation unnecessary. With no sin, they feel their false Christ, Satan’s
brother, is sufficient. In Christianity
sin passed from Adam and Eve to all and Jesus came to save us. The TIME
article notes:
“Absence of original sin allows
Mormons to move guiltlessly forward.” They do not see themselves as
sinners but as saints and gods in embryo believing Adam broke God’s command
without sinning. The whole human race fell with Adam and became spiritually
dead. Man did not fall upwards as Mormonism claims.50 “If we
say we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us but if we
confess our sins he will forgive us” (1 John 1:8,9). Why do Mormons speak of
repentance if they have no sin? It is a
great contradiction in the cult.
Their conscience becomes “seared by
a hot iron” (1 Tim. 4:2). If one repeatedly shuts off his alarm and goes back
to sleep, soon he will not hear it. Be not discouraged for the Word of God is
powerful and able to penetrate darkened souls, convict of sin and bring
salvation. Never mind Rock & Roll; get Jesus in your soul! You can save the
dollar but it can’t save you. Jesus saves from sin (Matt. 1:21). Download your
sins on Jesus! He will highlight them and hit his delete button in heaven to
delete all sinful files. God is high tech.
Simeon saw salvation (Luke 2:26-30).
Whom or what did he see? He was about to die and saw salvation at his
eleventh hour. Did he see a Protestant priest, saint, icon, vision, guru, Pope,
Watchtower, Book of Mormon, Koran, golden rule, temple or some other
counterfeit? Did he see a Masonic lambskin,
dollar bill, the Buddha, Muhammad, a bottle of booze, Joseph Smith or
some other false god? Did he see Mary the mother of Jesus who stood nearby? NO! He “saw salvation” when he looked
at Jesus not Joseph. You can do the same! Run, don’t walk to the nearest exit
for there are no exits in hell where you are headed. Look past all religious
decoys, stained glass and tradition and focus on the real Jesus. You cannot
find right answers by looking in wrong places. Why burn rubber in the fast lane
while going the wrong way? Jesus referred to himself: “I am the Way, Truth and Life” (John 14:6).
The death rate is still one per
person. We all have sinned and the penalty for sin is death, conscious,
eternal separation from God. If I was
guilty and sentenced to hang but some innocent person loved me so much he hung
in my place as my substitute I could go
free. Jesus had no sin but paid our death penalty for our sins on the cross. Be
transformed from a Latter Day Sinner to a saint by exchanging Joseph for Jesus, the only true Prophet, Seer and
Revelator of these last days (Heb.1:1-2). Turn from the Mormon mirage to the
reality of Christianity. Receive Jesus’ pardon and gift of eternal life. Pray:
Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. I turn from my sins and false religion and accept
you as my Savior and forgiver, Amen.
